Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By engaging our services, you agree to these terms, which cover our service guarantees, payment policies, and client responsibilities. This document outlines the Terms of Service for all plumbing work performed by Thravixolumendo, ensuring transparency and mutual understanding in every interaction.
1. Services & Guarantees
Thravixolumendo proudly offers a comprehensive range of plumbing services in Jefferson City, MO, including emergency repairs, residential and commercial pipe installation, water heater maintenance, drain cleaning and unclogging, leak detection and repair, bathroom and kitchen fixture replacement, and water pressure and filtration system installation. Our commitment is to deliver solutions that are both immediate and long-lasting, designed to meet the intelligent plumbing needs of our clients.
We stand by the quality of our workmanship with a robust service guarantee. All labor performed by Thravixolumendo technicians is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of service, ensuring peace of mind. Parts supplied and installed by Thravixolumendo carry the manufacturer's warranty, which will be clearly communicated prior to installation. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the specified period.
All work undertaken by Thravixolumendo strictly adheres to all applicable local Jefferson City plumbing codes and national standards. 2. Client Agreement & Responsibilities
For Thravixolumendo to provide efficient and effective service, clients are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the work area. This includes moving personal belongings, clearing obstructions, and ensuring the environment is safe for our technicians to perform their duties. Failure to provide adequate access may result in delays or additional charges.
Clients must inform Thravixolumendo of any known pre-existing conditions related to the plumbing issue or the property that might affect the service. This includes, but is not limited to, previous repairs, known structural issues, or hazardous materials. Full disclosure allows our team to anticipate challenges and maintain safety standards.
Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a service charge to cover operational costs. We understand emergencies happen and encourage prompt communication to avoid such charges.

3. Payment & Invoicing
Thravixolumendo accepts various forms of payment for your convenience, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely. Specific payment methods will be detailed on your invoice.
For most services, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. For larger projects requiring extensive labor or materials, a partial deposit may be required before work commences. This deposit will be clearly outlined in your service agreement and invoice. Full payment is expected upon completion of the approved work.
In the event of overdue payments, a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) may be applied to the outstanding balance, starting 30 days after the invoice due date. We encourage clients to communicate any payment concerns promptly to avoid late fees and to arrange alternative payment plans if necessary.
